Heart Shaped Cookies

12oz butter
8oz granulated sugar
2oz cocoa powder
16oz plain flour

Mix all the ingredients together (it takes forever and makes your arm drop off). Roll out and cut out different shapes or make into small balls and flatten with a fork. Bake at Gas 4-5/180c for 15-20 mins. Eat and enjoy!

Other Chocolate Cookies

8oz butter
5oz caster sugar
8oz plain flour
2oz cocoa powder
3oz milk chocolate chips
3oz white chocolate chips
4oz chopped dark chocolate
1 egg yolk

Mix everything together, then make smallish balls on a baking sheet and flatten them. Bake at Gas 5/190c for 12-15 minutes. They are really gooey, but they harden slightly as they cool =]
